The Greater Baltimore Urban League was founded “To enable African Americans to secure economic self-reliance, parity, power, and civil rights.” In keeping with its mission, GBUL, in partnership with the National Urban League, launched the Raymond V. Haysbert, Sr. Center for Entrepreneurship. The Haysbert Center brings high caliber business counseling and support services to the community level. The Haysbert Center provides workshops, seminar series, and one-on-one counseling.
