New Subscription Report, CL151

Ryan in Whitewater, Wisconsin runs report CL151 weekly to track client interaction activity. He's been hoping for a shiny new Subscription version of the report this year. Ryan's request is your gain; you can now subscribe to CL151 and have it emailed to you on every Monday.

Web Intake Form Revisions Report, EX621

Rhonda in Los Angeles uses the Biz-Trakker Web Intake Form on her website, which allows clients to fill out a "contact us" form and have the submission upload directly into Biz-Trakker. She asked the Biz-Trakker elf to help her more easily identify client records after they get created through the intake-form process. Yes, Rhonda, you were very good this and youve earned the following stocking stuffers:

  • Upon accepting a client intake, Biz-Trakker gives the user the option to directly open the client's record and adds the client to the users Recent Client list.
  • EX621, Client Intake Report: Provides a list of clients added through the Intake Form, along with relevant client information.

Modifications to Snapshot Report, EX613

Visions of sugar plums may dance in your head, but Nicky in New York dreams about measuring program impact. Yes, she is quite the fan of Snapshots. To bring her cheer in the New Year we have added capital information (dollar amount and type of funding received) to the Snapshot Report, EX613. Snapshot type has also been added to the report.

Individual Client Phone Extensions

John in Wichita noticed that Company Client records include an extension field for work phone numbers while Individual Client records do not. Per authorization by Santa, the Biz-Trakker elves carved a work phone extension field in Individual Client records for John.

Capturing Client Satisfaction

Beth in Kansas City has been very good this year by following up with every client to ensure they are satisfied with the assistance received. While Santa may know she's been good, we want to make sure her funders know it, too. A new question has been added to the Question Library, Client Snapshot and the Snapshot Report, EX613 that captures client satisfaction on a variety of factors.

Survey and Event List Builder

The Select Client window displays client names when building distribution lists for surveys, and events. We've spruced up the window to:

  • More clearly differentiate between clients with and without email addresses
  • For Company records, the name of the client company now appears in parentheses behind the person's name

Revisions to the Unsubscribe Message

As a good steward of client privacy, Biz-Trakker gives clients the option to unsubscribe from surveys and event invitations. The unsubscribe message that clients receive has been cleaned up a bit in this release. The message now clearly conveys what they are unsubscribing from.

The Resource Navigator®

Emailing Search Results

A big feature in this release is the ability to let site visitors email Resource Navigator search results. The process is pretty straightforward; a client clicks on Email My Results, then enters their name and email address. Search results are sent formatted as shown in the image below.

Removal of Sponsor Level field

The Sponsor Level field is from a bygone era. At one time it impacted how some profiles appeared in the Resource Directory on Webplate Now! websites. This field has now been removed from the Resource Navigator database.

Blog Tag Clouds

Sarah in Kansas City is one of Santa's busiest little elves, at least when it comes to crafting website content and using social media. A connoisseur of cool widgets, Sarah really wanted to give everyone tag clouds this holiday season. A tag cloud is a cool tool that shows which words are "trending" (used most frequently) on a website. You can now ring in the New Year with cloud tags across your websites. Have a yule that's cool, Sarah!
